2-Pallet Niigata HN1000S 120MM
This powerful and rigid machining center boasts an impressive 50 HP high torque spindle, 128-tool magazine with a 360° indexing table, and has a rapid travel of over 1600 ipm, capable of producing precision components up to 79.92” x 64.96” x 47.24” in size.
3-Pallet Cincinnati Magnum 800
This cutting-edge machining center features full contouring capability with its infinite table and boasts a 90-tool magazine, which is ideal for creating precision results in bulky components up to 52” x 45.3” x 52” in size.
2-Pallet Niigata HN702
This high-speed precision CNC machining center includes rapid travel of 2362 ipm an 88-tool magazine and .001° 4th axis continuous 20 RPM rotary table, making it the perfect solution for smaller, simpler components up to 39.4” x 37.4” x 33.5” in size.
5-Axis CNC Bridge Mill Machining
One of the stars at HMMI, our 5-axis Okuma machining center ensures precision results with advanced machining post-weld. With one of the largest 5-axis machining centers in the country, we don’t measure its work window in inches. Our Okuma is capable of post-weld machining on parts up to 21’ long, 13’ wide, and 6’ tall.
This impressive machine boasts a staggering 80,000-pound table capacity and 40-ton over-the-machine lifting capabilities, allowing us to provide advanced machining for the largest components.
Vertical Machining
Achieving precision results in smaller components in a variety of shapes is a breeze with our pair of advanced 3-axis vertical milling machines capable of producing components up to 34” x 16” x 25” in size.
