HMMI’s cutting-edge 4-seam boom welder utilizes advanced robotic welding capabilities overseen by AWS D1.1 certified welders to create high-strength, seamless Class 1 structural welds on any large industrial components up to 50’ long and weighing up to 5 tons. Up to four state-of-the-art robotic arms simultaneously tack and weld all seams within the 44” x 32” x 40” work window. The panels are supported by part-specific mandrels and advanced hydraulic positioners, ensuring precision concentric results throughout the entire process down the entire length. We leverage our advanced capabilities and extensive experience to create superior results with virtually zero rework requirements and minimal material waste.
