HMMI’s newest fabrication game changer features an impressive 3,500 US tons of forming capacity and boasts a staggering 60-foot forming length. In comparison, our current max length is 26 feet, and we are already known throughout the industry for our oversized capabilities. This alone makes the Durma Press Brake a highly beneficial addition to our capabilities.
The Tandem Durma Press Brake, however, also features an industry-leading throat depth of nearly 5 feet and a stroke depth of 4 feet, making it the largest CNC hydraulic press brake in the USA. These combined features allow us to fabricate larger parts that would otherwise require multiple weldments, reducing costs while ensuring absolute precision across the entire span and drastically improving overall quality and long-term reliability.

It also boasts advanced technology capable of meeting exact specifications in any product geometry, material thickness, and grade by utilizing a powerful 10-axis CNC forming system coupled with a CNC hydro-mechanical crowing system. These cutting-edge technologies allow the Durma Press Brake to reach and maintain the smallest bending tolerances and forming consistency across the entire forming length, regardless of material thickness or composition.
