Our advanced Okuma bridge mill features an impressive 21’ x 13’ x 6’ work window and an 80,000-pound bed capacity paired with two 20-ton overhead cranes for 40-ton over-the-machine lifting. Utilizing advanced 5-axis capabilities, a 90° attachment, and hydro-mechanical crowning, the Okuma rapidly produces precision results within complex geometries. The through-tool coolant allows for deep-hole machining, and the 100-tool magazine facilitates quicker setup and reduced cycle times. This enables HMMI to produce unparalleled precision for complex heavy equipment components requiring machining post-weld.
